Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or has the original tags. It must be returned within 14 days and postage will be deducted from your refund total. Any customized orders are non refundable.

The Cow & country Story

Hi, I'm Imogen, founder of cow & country preloved clothing. I started this business back in January 2021 at the age of 16 with the aim to sell preloved clothing to people in the country/agriculture industry.

I love the idea behind preloved clothing as it gives others a second chance to wear items before being thrown away or never worn again. Country clothing has always been a part of my life growing up on a farm, whether it's for farm work or something more special, there is always something for any occasion.
